Processing :Order → make drawing → mold design → mould steel preparation → inspection →fly cutting  mold frame →CNC mold frame  →rough CNC machining of mold cavity→ drill the water line→  (quenching) → precise CNC machining of mold cavity → mechanical processing (mold parts processing and so on.) → inspection → assembly → inspection → mold test → inspection -etching/polishing → (nitriding/electroplating) → mold test → inspection → delivery

 MOLD MAINTENANCE:

 1.REGULAR MAINTENANCE:regular maintenance, including routine maintenance in addition to the vent tank cleaning, trapped gas blackening position plus exhaust, damage, wear parts correction. 3. Appearance Maintenance: Paint on the outside of the die to avoid rusting. anti-rusting oil should be applied to the fixed die and the die should be closed to prevent dust from entering the die cavity.
